ABOUT RETURNS

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your item has a functional or quality issue, you may submit a return request within 30 days from the original purchase date.

Eligible Return Reasons

  Returns are accepted specifically for:

  Manufacturing defects

  Incorrect item shipped

  Hardware failure (e.g., buckles, valves, straps, fasteners, electronics, or structural components)

  Performance issues that impact the intended use of the product under normal, non-abusive training conditions

Return Requirements

To qualify for approval:

  Items must be returned complete

  Items must be free of contamination or unsanitary conditions, including but not limited to:

  Strong body or sweat odor

  Bodily fluids, pet hair, excessive dirt buildup, mold, or any condition considered unhygienic

Cosmetic wear, scuffing, dust, or surface marks that occur as a natural result of normal training do not qualify as valid return reasons

The returned gear will undergo warehouse inspection prior to approval

Exchanges & Reshipping

For approved exchanges within Europe, we will cover reshipping fees from our warehouse back to you

Original shipping costs and return shipping charges are non-refundable

For international orders, all return and reshipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer

Final Approval Notice

All exchanges, refunds, or store credit requests are pending approval upon receipt and inspection at our warehouse. Decisions are based strictly on the criteria outlined above.
